Engage in dynamic learning with hands-on responsibilities in product quality management and supplier quality applications.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Quality Specialist on critical projects.
  • Address supplier issues using problem-solving tools.
  • Manage sub-component stock tracking and crisis management.
  • Handle special supplier topics as defined by management.
  • Implement OEE and value stream data collection at suppliers.
  • Develop supplier quality for specific nominations.
  • Apply 8D problem-solving methodology for quality issues.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and basic project knowledge.
  • Experience in managing or leading groups.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrollment at an accredited four-year U.S. college or university.
  • Completion of at least 30 credit hours.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
  • An unofficial transcript attached.
  • Completion and passing of a substance abuse test before the work term.
