Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Conduct weekly and/or monthly budget reporting.
- Evaluate financial projects.
- Present budget reports to management weekly and monthly.
- Review consumable reporting weekly.
- Perform time studies and headcount evaluations.
- Identify financial process improvements.
- Create forecast and financial status tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- A major in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrollment status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours by the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
- A copy of an unofficial transcript attached.
- Ability to pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
- Availability from May 19th – August 8th, 2025.
