Engage in dynamic learning with hands-on financial responsibilities and team collaboration.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Weekly and/or Monthly Budget Reporting
  • Financial Project Evaluations
  • Weekly and Monthly Management Budget Presentations
  • Review Consumable Reporting on a Weekly Basis
  • Conduct Time Studies and Headcount Evaluations
  • Identify Financial Process Improvements
  • Create Forecast and Financial Status Tools
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A major in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week)
  • A GPA from the current university for transfer students
  • A copy of an unofficial transcript
  • Ability to complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
