Financial Reporting Intern (Jan 2025)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Develop an advanced reporting tool within the Finance Department using Qlik Sense.
• Collaborate with the Data Mining Specialist to consult on departmental needs for a Financial Reporting product.
• Dive into Accounting & Controlling operations, focusing on the financial month-end closing process.

About You:

Candidates should meet the following criteria:  

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.  
• Completed at least 30 college credit hours.  
• Studying Business IT, Applied Mathematics, IT, or Data Science/Analytics.  
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent time management.  
• Ability to manage sensitive information and work independently or in a team.  
• Strong analytical skills and prior BMW Group experience (for international J1 students).  
• Experience with Qlik Sense scripting is preferred.  
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Undergraduate hourly rate: $25.30; Graduate hourly rate: $32.20.
