Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:  

  • Participate in process improvement and HR Service Center activities.  
  • Support payroll for Plant Spartanburg associates, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.  
  • Assist with new hire orientations and ensure compliance with Federal regulations.  
  • Lead process improvement initiatives.  
  • Conduct data analysis and create visualizations using PowerBi.  
  • Gather and verify documentation from new associates.  
  • Support the service anniversary award program.  
  • Conduct audits for new hires and payroll.  
  • Assist with the Employee Self-Service portal and mobile app.  
  • Process domestic and international payments, including reimbursements and salary calculations.  
  • Prepare data for audits, reporting, and legal requests.  
  • Enter compensation data for accounting processes.  
  • Provide customer service for HR and payroll inquiries.  
  • Assist with the Global Compensation Project.  
  • Review and update process documentation.  
  • Complete tasks for the tax vendor.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:  

  • Enrollment in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).  
  • Strong analytical skills.  
  • Enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.  
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.  
  • Completion of at least 30 credit hours by the application time.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).  
  • A GPA from the current university for transfer students.  
  • An unofficial transcript attached to the application.  
  • Ability to pass a substance abuse test before the work term.  
  • Availability for the work term from May 19th to August 8th, 2025.
