Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Supports buyers in negotiations and order processing.
- Negotiates pricing with suppliers.
- Conducts data analytics in Excel for buyer projects.
- Assists team with meeting coordination with suppliers.
- Aids team in escalations and data clean-up for new system implementation.
- Follows up with suppliers for various events.
- Provides support for Coupa/SRM rollout, diversity events, and supplier day.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- A major in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational and time management skills.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrollment status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours by the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
- A copy of an unofficial transcript.
- Ability to complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
- Availability for the work term from May 19th to August 8th, 2025.
