Indirect Purchasing Intern (Sep 2025)

Indirect Purchasing Intern to support procurement, negotiations, and supplier coordination at BMW USA.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and direct procurement of materials, parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Support buyers in negotiations and order processing.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Perform data analytics in Excel for buyer projects.
• Support team with meeting coordination with suppliers.
• Assist team in escalations and data clean-up for new system implementation.
• Follow up with suppliers for various events.
• Provide support for Coupa/SRM rollout, diversity events, and supplier day.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
