Engage in dynamic learning with hands-on responsibilities in supplier quality management.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Quality Specialist on critical projects.
  • Addressing supplier issues using problem-solving tools.
  • Managing sub-component stock tracking and crisis management.
  • Implementing OEE and value stream data collection systems at suppliers.
  • Steering supplier quality development for specific nominations.
  • Applying 8D problem-solving methodology for quality issues.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and basic project knowledge.
  • Experience in managing or leading groups.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited U.S. college or university.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
  • A copy of an unofficial transcript.
  • Ability to pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
