Support supplier logistics and delivery performance with hands-on learning and responsibility.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support onsite supplier logistics production to ensure lineside delivery performance.
  • Assist with supplier requalification, including project management tasks, KPI reporting, and status reports.
  • Analyze data from 8D and FMEA to prevent wrong deliveries and derive solutions.
  • Support the development of i-Learn classes and track training completion.
  • Conduct data processing in SAP, SQL, and Power BI, including running reports and data mining.
  • Assist with supplier communication and maintain the electronic team board.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Completed or be an upperclassman in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and technical skills, with experience in Power BI, SQL, Data Lake, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLookup and Macros.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with effective communication skills.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on the US grading scale.
  • Enrollment at a university outside of the United States.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • Completion of a prior BMW internship of at least 3 months.
  • Ability to pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
