Engage in dynamic learning with hands-on responsibilities in vehicle project management at BMW.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate and support vehicle project management team
  • Support activity planning and steering of quality management
  • Assist with preparation of recurring reports and other back-office duties
  • Support project leaders and steerers on IPQ / DCT / IQI / PQM KPI reporting
  • Organize supplier / QMT / project meetings
  • Update process documents and reporting
  • Attend plant, purchasing, and supplier meetings
  • Generate protocols of project and quality meetings
  • Update and track project report
  • Conduct quality control and sorting actions
  • Optimize internal project management processes and tools
  • Update & maintain group intranet and confluence site
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical degree student preferred (ME, IE, Supply Chain or related), junior or higher level
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Quality and project management experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on the US grading scale
  • Enrollment at a university outside of the United States
  • Completion of a prior BMW internship of at least 3 months
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week)
  • Ability to pass a substance abuse test before the work term
  • Work term dates from September 22, 2025, to March 06, 2026
  • Required paperwork in English: Curriculum Vitae/Resume, Last University Performance Record
