Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Encourage cooperation between business functions and IT teams with project management elements.
- Identify, specify, and implement process changes in business collaboration.
- Focus on continuous improvement within a department of approximately 80 IT specialists using agile principles.
- Support project planning, steering, and coordination.
- Run small projects, including documentation, evaluation, problem-solving, and reporting.
- Help design and implement internal process improvements (agile/lean).
- Create presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards.
- Support major projects spanning the entire plant, such as Inbound Strategy and Vehicle Launch projects.
- Perform tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- An analytical mind open to innovative ideas.
- Preferably some IT background.
- German language skills as an advantage.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
- Submission of an unofficial transcript.
- Completion and passing of a substance abuse test before the work term.
