Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting cooperation and alignment between business functions and IT Teams.
- Contributing to technical/functional development and support of IT applications, focusing on graphic design for Confluence and JIRA web pages.
- Assisting in project management support for planning and coordination.
- Implementing small business requests, including request management, documentation, evaluating options, system development, and operational support.
- Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements (agile/lean).
- Creating presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards.
- Providing support for projects encompassing one or more areas.
- Performing tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap.
About You:
The ideal candidate should:
- Be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint), Confluence, PowerBI.
- Have an analytical mind open to innovative ideas.
- Ideally have an IT background.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Have completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Be able to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from the current university.
- Attach a copy of the unofficial transcript.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
