Support IT and graphic design projects, fostering dynamic student engagement.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting cooperation and alignment between business functions and IT Teams.
  • Contributing to technical/functional development and support of IT applications, focusing on graphic design for Confluence and JIRA web pages.
  • Assisting in project management support for planning and coordination.
  • Implementing small business requests, including request management, documentation, evaluating options, system development, and operational support.
  • Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements (agile/lean).
  • Creating presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards.
  • Providing support for projects encompassing one or more areas.
  • Performing tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap.

About You:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint), Confluence, PowerBI.
  • Have an analytical mind open to innovative ideas.
  • Ideally have an IT background.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Have completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Be able to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from the current university.
  • Attach a copy of the unofficial transcript.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
