Your role

The legal intern will assist the Legal Department with daily tasks and projects that include but are not limited to the following: mail sorting, document scanning, administrative support, data entry, website updating, and document retention.

About you

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
  • Must attach a copy of the college's unofficial transcript.
  • Field of study: Business Administration
  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal – and active listening skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities; organized with great attention to detail. Committed to constant improvement and performance.
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.

Compensation & benefits

The pay rate for undergraduate students will be $25.30 per hour.

Training, development & rotation

This is a full-time internship position for their Fall Rotation, from September 9, 2024, through December 20, 2024, in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
