Job Description:
Supports the Logistics Energy Module project and Physical Logistics with process mapping and the development/steering of reporting for critical milestones and deliverables.
The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
Develop and track critical status indicators for the Logistics Energy Module project.
Schedule cross-functional stakeholder alignments.
Create and maintain visualization tools, dashboards, etc.
Support Logistics Energy Module project financial tracking and steering.
Support process mapping/value stream mapping of the business including documentation of standard processes.
Support process improvement and continuous improvement activity.
Lead meetings.
Organize and give presentations.

About you
Qualifications:
Education: degree with a focus on logistics that relates to process improvement and data analysis in a manufacturing environment.
IE Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, etc.
Proficient skills in MS Office applications - Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office. Able to collect and analyze data by utilizing advanced Excel formulas.
Able to apply problem-solving methods to aid in process analysis and project management skills.
Able to effectively communicate, work in both team/individual environments, and steer projects with results.
Prefer previous internship or work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Prefer German language.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application
Able to work full-time (40 hours/week)
Transfer students must have a GPA from their current university
Must attach a copy of an unofficial transcript.
Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
The work term dates are (January 13th - May 16th, 2025).
