Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Improve logistics innovation with business case realization and digitalization using AI, BI, and data analytics.
- Implement a 5-year innovation plan, including AR/VR and best practice training.
- Strategize workforce development with supporting technology.
- Enhance app landscape and usage in logistics for quality and efficiency.
- Improve work organization and key process indicator transparency.
- Implement Power BI, DataRobot, Celonis, and other data analytical tools.
- Focus on problem-solving in a dynamic environment, including data modeling.
- Manage projects with IT and production, focusing on AGILE working methods.
- Improve best practice sharing through communication, newsletters, and training.
- Ensure target achievement with strategic planning and technology.
- Work with Greer Packing Plants in all warehouse functions.
- Lead electronic board and data transparency, using statistics and problem-solving.
About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or IT preferred.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- Commitment to three co-op rotations as an enrolled student.
- Submission of an unofficial transcript.
- Completion and passing of a substance abuse test before the work term.
