Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Improve logistics innovation with business case realization and digitalization using AI, BI, and data analytics.
  • Implement a 5-year innovation plan, including AR/VR and best practice training.
  • Strategize workforce development with supporting technology.
  • Enhance app landscape and usage in logistics for quality and efficiency.
  • Improve work organization and key process indicator transparency.
  • Implement Power BI, DataRobot, Celonis, and other data analytical tools.
  • Focus on problem-solving in a dynamic environment, including data modeling.
  • Manage projects with IT and production, focusing on AGILE working methods.
  • Improve best practice sharing through communication, newsletters, and training.
  • Ensure target achievement with strategic planning and technology.
  • Work with Greer Packing Plants in all warehouse functions.
  • Lead electronic board and data transparency, using statistics and problem-solving.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or IT preferred.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
  • Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • Commitment to three co-op rotations as an enrolled student.
  • Submission of an unofficial transcript.
  • Completion and passing of a substance abuse test before the work term.
