Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Steer the internal Gemba process.
- Support supplier Gemba development with the purchasing department.
- Assist VPS COC in creating the VPS target picture.
- Implement and develop work organization structures.
- Develop department KPIs.
- Track obsolete costs, E/E flashing status, and emergency orders.
- Manage Smart Containers, KPI Dashboards, and Data Analytics.
- Contribute to sustainability projects like CO2 reduction.
- Participate in continuous improvement and digitalization projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, Data Lake is a bonus.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrolled student status at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours by application time.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
- An unofficial transcript attached.
- Passed a substance abuse test before the work term.
- Availability from May 19th – August 8th, 2025.
