Engage in dynamic learning at BMW, supporting SAP projects and IT applications.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Encourage cooperation between business functions and IT teams with project management elements.
  • Support full system development life cycle of projects within SAP, specifically as an analyst.
  • Contribute to technical/functional development and support of IT applications, focusing on the SAP Logistics module.
  • Provide project management support for planning and coordination.
  • Complete and implement small business requests, including documentation, evaluation, problem-solving, and reporting.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements (agile/lean).
  • Create presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards.
  • Document work processes utilizing IT systems.
  • Support a major project spanning the entire plant.
  • Implement small business requests.
  • Perform tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About You:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Have an analytical mind open to innovative ideas.
  • Ideally have some IT background.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Have completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Be able to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from the current university.
  • Attach a copy of an unofficial transcript.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
