Engage in HR and payroll processes, fostering a dynamic learning environment.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Participating in process improvement and HR Service Center activities.  
  • Supporting Plant Spartanburg associate payroll.  
  • Leading process improvement activities.  
  • Completing data analysis and creating visualizations using PowerBi.  
  • Gathering documentation from new Associates and following up for missing information.  
  • Supporting the service anniversary award program.  
  • Conducting new hire and payroll audits.  
  • Supporting the Employee Self-Service portal and mobile app.  
  • Processing data for domestic and international payments.  
  • Running reports and preparing data for audits and reporting.  
  • Entering compensation data for Accounting cross charge process.  
  • Providing customer service for HR and payroll inquiries.  
  • Assisting with the Global Compensation Project.  
  • Reviewing and updating process documentation.  
  • Completing tasks for the tax vendor.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:  

  • Enrollment in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.  
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).  
  • Analytical skills.  
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.  
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.  
  • Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.  
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).  
  • A GPA from the current university for transfer students.  
  • A copy of an unofficial transcript.  
  • Ability to pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
