Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Improve Physical Logistics Innovation with Business Case Realization.
  • Impact Digitalization of Logistics with AI, BI, and Data Analytics.
  • Implement a 5-Year innovation plan including AR/VR and Best Practice Training.
  • Strategize Strategic Development of the Workforce for the Future.
  • Increase APP Landscape and Usage in Logistics.
  • Improve Work Organization and Key Process Indicator Transparency.
  • Implement Power BI, DataRobot, Celonis, and other Data Analytical Tools.
  • Focus on Problem Solving in a dynamic environment including Data Modelling.
  • Manage projects with IT and Production focusing on AGILE Working Methods.
  • Enhance Value Stream Process, Process Mapping, and Waste Reduction.
  • Improve Best Practice Sharing and Processes for Associates and Leaders.
  • Ensure Target Achievement with Strategic Planning and Technology.
  • Work with Plant and Warehouse Functions to improve Daily Operations.
  • Implement solutions with IT including SAP, Android Devices, and AR/VR.
  • Lead Electronic Board and Data Transparency initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Teams for Process Improvements.
  • Innovate with Road Shows, BMW IT Academy, and Strategic H.R. Partnerships.
  • Develop SAP Programming and implement storage solutions.
  • Apply RFID and Readers strategically.
  • Evaluate non-SAP IT Solutions potentials.

About You:

 The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Be enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
  • Have completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Be able to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • Be pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or IT.
  • Attach a copy of an unofficial transcript.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
