Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support parts pricing and performance management.
- Conduct complex pricing analysis and track business support budgets.
- Collaborate with business units to create management presentations.
- Independently understand topics by working with program managers.
- Develop and maintain monthly budget utilization reports.
- Identify trends and ensure budget alignment.
- Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources.
- Use dashboards to analyze key indicators.
About You:
The ideal candidate should:
- Be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Have completed at least 30 college credit hours.
- Study Business or Finance.
- Attach an unofficial transcript.
- Be able to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
- Have prior BMW Group experience (for international J1 students).
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Be self-motivated and adaptable.
- Be detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Undergraduate hourly rate: $25.30.
- Graduate hourly rate: $32.20.
