Support parts pricing and performance management at BMW Group, fostering innovation in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting parts pricing and performance management.
  • Conducting complex pricing analysis and tracking business support budgets.
  • Compiling and creating management presentations.
  • Independently understanding topics by working with program managers.
  • Developing and maintaining monthly budget utilization reports.
  • Identifying trends and ensuring budget alignment.
  • Retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources.
  • Utilizing dashboards to analyze key indicators.

About You:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Have completed at least 60 college credits or be a rising Junior.
  • Study Business or Finance.
  • Attach a copy of an unofficial transcript.
  • Be able to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
  • Have prior BMW Group experience (for international J1 students).
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Undergraduate hourly rate: $25.30.
  • Graduate hourly rate: $32.20.
