Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure transparency and notifications for series quality issues on PLQ test vehicles.
  • Define and order PLQ test vehicles to meet project requirements.
  • Facilitate PLQ testing and report PQM incidents to address quality concerns.
  • Coordinate PLQ planning to align with plant testing schedules.
  • Identify problem areas and present landscapes for effective resolution.
  • Schedule vehicles for analysis or repair through associate communication.
  • Communicate major quality issue analysis requests to stakeholders.
  • Generate monthly PLQ performance and quality reports.
  • Manage the automated vehicle key locker handover process.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

About You

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and associates.
  • Knowledge of BMW Systems (e.g., SAP, PQM, Vehicle Admin) is preferred.
  • Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited U.S. institution with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours before applying.
  • Transfer students must submit a GPA from their current university.
  • Capable of working full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • Attach an unofficial transcript to the application.
  • Successfully pass a substance abuse test before the start of the work term.
  • Available to work from May 19th to August 8th, 2025.
