Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Oversee account creation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Update and manage training reports.
  • Handle communication for course enrollments and events.
  • Consolidate and draft feedback on courses and curriculum.
  • Support planning and execution of training events.
  • Track and manage training and testing fleet requests.
  • Create fleet spec sheets for events.
  • Assist in product launch activities and produce planning documents.
  • Update dealer-facing resource site content.
  • Process dealer and internal system access.
  • Build or modify reporting and data matrices.
  • Manage training support correspondence.
  • Prepare meeting minutes for multi-disciplinary meetings.
  • Support event product specialists and oversee event logistics.

About You:

The ideal candidate:

  • Is currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Has completed at least 30 college credit hours.
  • Studies Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Can work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
  • Has prior BMW Group experience (for international J1 students).
  • Possesses advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Is proficient in online publishing and has strong proofing skills.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
