Your role
Job Description:
The qualified co-op, under guidance from the Launch Steering mentor, will manage the day-to-day planning of activities of NSG cars to ensure accurate on-time adherence to Plant Spartanburg targets. At the end of each rotation, the student intern should be able to:
Manage the Throughput Schedule for both H50 and H52.
Manage the Current Schedule.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings/workshops.
Develop inter-departmental networking skills.
Develop project management/organization skills.
The qualified co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
Create Assembly Drop requests for both H50 and H52.
Manage the Transport Ordering process for Airfreight delivery of NSG cars.
Manage and create Synchro Files and Option Matrices.
Run the Verification program weekly to ensure the data accuracy of NSG builds.
Create Status 5000 requests in a timely manner.
Manage and facilitate Throughput and internal TAS meetings. Other meetings as assigned.
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
Must commit to three co-op rotations.
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
Transfer students must have a GPA from their current university.
Must Attach an unofficial transcript upon applying
Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
The work term dates for this rotation are 01/13/2025-05/16/2025

Training, development & rotations
This is a Co-Op position that requires committing to three rotations:
1st rotation: Fall
2nd rotation: Spring
3rd rotation: Summer
