Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Implements employee and team development strategies, learning technologies, and culture transformation.
- Leads tasks related to employee development and supports team initiatives.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance processes through technology.
- Supports employee development with problem-solving, vendor research, and event execution.
- Manages projects for learning and transformation initiatives.
- Engages in communication and marketing to support project objectives.
- Plans and implements learning events and updates web pages for improved user access.
- Researches and creates eLearning courses and curriculum.
- Supports strategic projects and departmental marketing initiatives.
- Organizes interdepartmental outreach events and creates visual content for learning.
- Aids in digitalizing processes and finding improvement opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A major in Business Management, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Psychology, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Oracle, and optionally Articulate 360.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and enrollment at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours by application time.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- A copy of an unofficial transcript attached.
- Completion and passing of a substance abuse test before the work term.
- Work term dates: May 19th – August 8th, 2025.
