Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support Finance team initiatives and key department objectives.
- Work within the International Regional Financial Steering Department of Region Americas.
- Engage in financial data analysis, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
- Create management presentations and develop financial reporting tools.
- Facilitate team meetings and maintain the financial intranet site.
- Implement efficiencies and digitalization in financial processes.
- Create training and process documentation.
- Develop tools for reporting and maintaining system applications for financial metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in PowerBI, QlikSense, and/or Tableau is preferred.
- Commitment to three co-op rotations as an enrolled student.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- Must attach a copy of an unofficial transcript.
- Completion and passing of a substance abuse test before the work term.
- Work term dates: May 19th – August 8th, 2025.
