Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Support Finance team initiatives and key department objectives.
  • Work within the International Regional Financial Steering Department of Region Americas.
  • Engage in financial data analysis, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • Create management presentations and develop financial reporting tools.
  • Facilitate team meetings and maintain the financial intranet site.
  • Implement efficiencies and digitalization in financial processes.
  • Create training and process documentation.
  • Develop tools for reporting and maintaining system applications for financial metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in PowerBI, QlikSense, and/or Tableau is preferred.
  • Commitment to three co-op rotations as an enrolled student.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
  • Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • Must attach a copy of an unofficial transcript.
  • Completion and passing of a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • Work term dates: May 19th – August 8th, 2025.
