Internship opportunity to enhance data reporting and dashboards, fostering a dynamic learning environment.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and reporting data in a uniform and usable format.
  • Enhancing and improving the reporting dashboard for departmental use.
  • Reviewing and analyzing different data sources received by the department.
  • Consolidating data into one dashboard for easier viewing and analysis.
  • Updating work instructions for dashboard usage as needed.
  • Presenting processes to the department.
  • Enhancing processes for more digitalized reporting.
  • Updating relevant KPI work instructions to incorporate new processes.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities.
  • Experience with high-level reporting/database software such as PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Detail-oriented and organized skills.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
  • A copy of an unofficial transcript.
  • Ability to complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
