Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Planning and supporting dealer events and regional hotspot events like Art Basel and Las Vegas Concours.
- Managing the RRMCNA social media content calendar and ensuring dealer CI compliance.
- Handling purchasing documentation and SAP-related tasks.
- Routing and submitting contracts into the CCMS.
- Preparing marketing presentations and dealer communications.
- Providing on-site support for dealer events, including domestic travel.
- Tracking invitations and registrations for dealer conferences.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 30 completed college credit hours.
- A field of study in Marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior BMW Group experience is a plus for international J1 students.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of SalesForce and SAP is a plus.
