Assist in planning and directing food service operations at BMW, enhancing dining experiences.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Assist in planning, directing, and controlling food service operations for a positive dining experience.  
  • Ensure adherence to BMW Food Service procedures.  
  • Support Food Service specialists by auditing and enforcing vendor contract compliance.  
  • Shadow Food Service specialists in audits and vendor meetings.  
  • Collaborate with vendors on work orders and equipment repairs.  
  • Identify and prioritize needs for efficient food service operations.  
  • Manage Target Management and Refrigeration Data Base Log.  
  • Create KPI audit forms and grading systems based on contracts.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:  

  • A major in Food Service Management, Food Safety, or Hospitality Management.  
  • Detail-oriented skills.  
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.  
  • Effective communication skills.  
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.  
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.  
  • Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.  
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).  
  • A GPA from the current university for transfer students.  
  • A copy of an unofficial transcript.  
  • Completion and passing of a substance abuse test before the work term.  
  • Availability for the work term from August 11th to December 12th, 2025.
