The Sales Ops & Steering Intern will support the Sales Ops & Steering General Manager to develop a broad understanding of BMW Financial Services business, national sales targets, and KPIs. The intern will develop a network with department heads, and regional field teams in FS Sales, as well as Operations divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Ops & Steering Intern will immerse themselves in supporting the Sales Ops & Steering General Manager, gaining a comprehensive grasp of BMW Financial Services' intricacies, including national sales targets and KPIs. By coordinating with department heads and regional field teams, the intern will not only track sales initiatives but also develop a robust network within BMW FS, paving the way for enhanced insights, skill growth, and a deeper understanding of the BMW Group's unique business landscape.
The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30 while the hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20.
