Sales Operations - Vehicle Administration Summer Intern (Jun 2025)

Join BMW Group in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, as a Summer Intern to assist Vehicle Administration with sales and registration tasks.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Download and prepare daily sales summary data and report.
• Assist with moving and toll violation notifications.
• Assist with titling and registration of employee company cars.
• Participate in various ad-hoc sales projects.

About You:

Candidates should possess the following:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Completion of at least 60 college credits or be a rising Junior.
• Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript.
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate for Undergraduate students: $25.30.
• Hourly rate for Graduate students: $32.20.
• Medical Insurance with options for $0 Employee contribution.
