Engage in dynamic learning at BMW, supporting supplier management with projects and reporting.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting operational leads and supplier management specialists with projects and reporting.
  • Conducting data processing in SAP for weekly and daily reports.
  • Ensuring training documents and department website are up-to-date.
  • Supporting and implementing supplier interface.
  • Contributing to process improvements and new supplier onboarding.

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
  • Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • Must attach a copy of unofficial transcript
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive industry and in project management.
  • Teamwork, self-initiative, proactive, assertiveness and good communication skills.
  •  Ability to create reports, charts, and presentations with Office tools. (Good skills with excel and Power Point).
