Internship in supply chain operations focusing on material control and delivery assurance.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Connecting the network with integrated supply chain solutions.
  • Ensuring parts supply at the right time, place, quantity, and quality.
  • Focusing on Material Control, Transportation Control, and Delivery Assurance.
  • Addressing uncertainty in material control and finding alternatives to safety stock.
  • Developing IT solutions for daily tasks.
  • Creating and maintaining visualization tools and dashboards.
  • Optimizing processes for material availability and customer delivery.
  • Defining the lowest possible level of inventory.
  • Improving MRP planning efficiencies in the body shop area.
  • Supporting process mapping and documentation of standard processes.
  • Leading team meetings and giving presentations.
  • Managing Smart Containers, KPI Dashboards, Data Analytics, and more.

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Be enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
  • Have completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Be able to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • Attach a copy of an unofficial transcript.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • Be pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have strong interpersonal and technical skills (experience with Power BI, SQL, Data Lake is a bonus).
