Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Launch parts availability monitoring and reporting
- Develop, measure, and report on KPIs such as parts availability and inventory accuracy
- Support process improvements and optimized value streams
- Improve handover and part transition processes
- Ensure data quality through proper planning parameters
- Support innovations and digitalization projects using RPAs, Machine-learning, SAP scripting, app development, and dashboard creation
- Manage Smart Containers and KPI Dashboards
- Engage in data analytics and visualization
- Contribute to sustainability projects like CO2 emissions reduction
- Participate in continuous improvement and digitalization projects
- Conduct value stream mapping and part defect reduction
- Digitalize shipments and implement robotic process automation
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field with a GPA of 3.4 or above (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP basics
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills (experience with Power BI, SQL, Data Lake is a bonus)
- Independent, detail-oriented work style
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week)
- Transfer students must have a GPA from the current university
- Must attach a copy of unofficial transcript
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
