Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Provide operational support for TX-65 programs, including Gen>NEXT and PACE.
- Interface with associates and managers across various departments.
- Utilize computer applications and phone communications daily.
- Schedule meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with documentation tracking, data collection, and training completion.
- Create and revise program promotional materials.
- Support new hire onboarding activities.
- Maintain project plans and task lists.
- Attend meetings, compile minutes, and action items.
- Create presentations and communication documents.
- Coordinate and attend PACE Inside Scoop Sessions and monthly meetings.
- Manage Gen>NEXT virtual and in-person workshops.
- Monitor and respond to program email inboxes.
- Update program tracking sources.
- Present monthly updates in TX-65 meetings.
- Create newsletters and coordinate events.
- Design and develop materials, conduct surveys, and perform needs assessments.
- Oversee Gen>NEXT LinkedIn strategy and digitalize processes.
- Coordinate National Intern Week and marketing videos.
- Maintain and upgrade Talent Development Programs.
- Update Operational Lead Process Manual for PACE.
- Plan and coordinate the annual PACE Graduation Ceremony.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Pursuing a BS/BA or advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professionalism and confidentiality.
- Preferred experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, databases, and data visualization tools.
- Marketing, video editing, and newsletter creation experience preferred.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from the current university.
- Must attach a copy of the unofficial transcript.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
- Work term dates: May 19th – August 8th, 2025.
