Support TX-65 programs for students and graduates, fostering dynamic learning and engagement.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Provide operational support for TX-65 programs.  
  • Interface with associates and managers across departments.  
  • Utilize computer applications and phone communications daily.  
  • Schedule meetings and training sessions.  
  • Assist with documentation tracking, data collection, and analysis.  
  • Create, review, and revise program documentation.  
  • Support new hire onboarding activities.  
  • Maintain project plans and task lists.  
  • Attend meetings, compile minutes, and action items.  
  • Create presentations and communication documents.  
  • Coordinate and attend PACE and Gen>NEXT sessions and workshops.  
  • Monitor and respond to program email inboxes.  
  • Update program tracking sources.  
  • Present monthly updates in TX-65 meetings.  
  • Create newsletters and coordinate events.
  • Conduct surveys and provide feedback on programs.  
  • Oversee Gen>NEXT LinkedIn strategy.  
  • Digitalize processes for increased automation.  
  • Maintain and update process manuals.  
  • Plan and coordinate annual PACE Graduation Ceremony.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:  

  • Pursuing a BS/BA or advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.  
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  
  • Professionalism and confidentiality.  
  • Preferred experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, databases, and data visualization tools.  
  • Marketing, video editing, and newsletter creation experience preferred.  
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.  
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S.  
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.  
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).  
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from the current university.  
  • Must attach a copy of unofficial transcript.  
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
