Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Participate and support the vehicle project management team.
  • Support activity planning and steering of quality management.
  • Assist with the preparation of recurring reports and other back-office duties.
  • Support project leaders and steerers in IPQ/DCT/IQI/PQM KPI reporting.
  • Organize supplier, QMT, and project meetings.
  • Update process documents and reporting.
  • Attend plant, purchasing, and supplier meetings.
  • Generate protocols for project and quality meetings.
  • Update and track project reports.
  • Conduct quality control and sorting actions.
  • Optimize internal project management processes and tools.
  • Update and maintain group intranet and Confluence site.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Enrollment in a technical degree program (ME, IE, Supply Chain, or related), junior or higher level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in quality and project management.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
  • A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
  • Submission of an unofficial transcript.
  • Ability to complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
