Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Participate and support the vehicle project management team.
- Support activity planning and steering of quality management.
- Assist with the preparation of recurring reports and other back-office duties.
- Support project leaders and steerers in IPQ/DCT/IQI/PQM KPI reporting.
- Organize supplier, QMT, and project meetings.
- Update process documents and reporting.
- Attend plant, purchasing, and supplier meetings.
- Generate protocols for project and quality meetings.
- Update and track project reports.
- Conduct quality control and sorting actions.
- Optimize internal project management processes and tools.
- Update and maintain group intranet and Confluence site.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Enrollment in a technical degree program (ME, IE, Supply Chain, or related), junior or higher level.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in quality and project management.
- Analytical skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
- Submission of an unofficial transcript.
- Ability to complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
