Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects for Vocational Talent Programs.
- Drive and support recruiting processes and events, both online and in-person.
- Automate manual processes in recruiting, hiring, and tracking scholar performance.
- Schedule and manage recruiting events, testing, and interviews for program candidates.
- Coordinate and manage the Scholar Microsoft Teams page and monthly newsletter.
- Complete a continuous improvement project for program administration processes.
- Enhance internal processes for improved efficiency.
- Develop Virtual Reality modules and online content for virtual recruiting events.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, IT, HR, Marketing, Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Ability to complete three work terms for co-op positions.
- Capability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- A GPA from the current university for transfer students.
- Submission of an unofficial transcript.
- Ability to pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
- Availability for the work term from May 19th – August 8th, 2025.
