Support BMW's Warranty department in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, with data tasks and reporting.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and executing reports for warranty and goodwill programs.
  • Reviewing and documenting existing reports.
  • Supporting the creation of presentations for management.
  • Supporting the creation and operation of MS Access databases for warranty extensions.
  • Documenting processes concerning warranty and goodwill tasks and reports.
  • Supporting various projects by organizing meetings, tracking tasks, and preparing presentations and minutes.
  • Assisting in Vehicle Flagging and Validations.
  • Assisting in Maintenance Plan Upgrade (MPU) cancellations.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Completion of at least 60 college credits or be a rising Junior.
  • Field of study in Business or Finance.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, advanced MS Excel, and Access skills.
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and communicate with all levels.
  • Self-motivation and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: $25.30 for undergraduates, $32.20 for graduates.
