They drive Digital transformation and are directly responsible for delivering new digital products and services
  • Front Office Conduct & Surveillance (FOCS AMER) - this team is comprised of former Sales and Trading professionals across asset classes. They aim to proactively strengthen their controls within each business line to prevent potential misconduct that can adversely affect the bank and its clients.
  • Operations Permanent Control (OPC) – this team is part of the Global Markets Americas Chief Conduct and Controls Office. The GMA OPC framework is a key component in the assessment and management of non-financial risks and implementation of the controls framework.
