Your role

Business Overview:

The Unified Sectors and Advisory team, which is organized by industry or product, provides strategic advice to multinational corporations and financial sponsors on the structuring and execution of complex transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and asset divestments. Summer analysts will work across industry and product teams to help orchestrate strategic advisory transactions. You will spend your internship building basic skills in financial analysis, accounting, and valuation while working on a wide range of domestic and international transactions.

Sector/industry teams provide a full range of investment banking and advisory services to clients in the following industries:

• Consumer & Retail
• Healthcare
• Low Carbon Transition
• Industrials

The product team provides a full range of execution capabilities and services to clients, in close collaboration with the sector/industry teams:

• Mergers and Acquisitions

The summer analyst position represents an excellent opportunity to join the established yet growing banking platform. During the summer program, summer analysts may get exposure & spend time with the Leveraged Finance or Equity Capital Markets platform.

The annualized base salary for this position in New York, NY is $100,000.

Training & development

• Network with colleagues and learn about industry topics through workshops and speaker series, as well as through philanthropy and social events
