About the Role
We are seeking expressions of interest for upcoming opportunities to join our team as an Onsite Services Coordinator. In this varied role, you would be involved in providing quality, timely, first-level, on-site responses to issues arising from the day-to-day operation of the Canon and third-party device fleet and contracted services. These are great entry-level opportunities for people with great customer service experience who are looking for an opportunity to start a corporate career.
Primary Responsibilities
About you
Ideally, you have excellent customer service experience, perhaps gained in the service industry or retail environment and you are looking to start your corporate career, or perhaps youโve worked in similar roles before and youโre looking to join a great team! More importantly, you enjoy working out solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner and you are a team player who enjoys working with friendly, like-minded colleagues.
