Assistant Valuer (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Assist in commercial property valuations and appraisals.  
• Collaborate with the Valuation & Advisory Services team.  
• Work towards Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) registration.  
• Engage with local and institutional clients.  
• Commit to a 4-5 day work week.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:  

• A keen interest in property valuations.  
• A proactive and positive work approach with strong customer service skills.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems.
