Your role

They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated University student to join CBRE in the Capital Markets team in Adelaide. 

The Opportunity:

  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining data with exposure to different areas of the property industry and will work closely with the business gaining invaluable hands-on experience relevant to property qualifications.
  • Prepare marketing submissions, presentations and proposals
  • Research and track local sales and leasing results
  • Data uploads and maintenance into company databases
  • Provide support to our Research team with regular reporting and data
  • Data analysis and reporting using Excel and Salesforce
  • This part-time role will suit a tertiary student currently studying a property-related degree and looking to position themselves long-term within the commercial property industry.
  • They  are seeking students who are in their first or second year of the University

About you

Here’s what CBRE is looking for in this role:

  • A keen interest in the Commercial Property industry and currently in your first or second year of your property degree
  • The ability to learn rapidly and work as part of a team
  • High level customer service skills and the maturity to work in a professional environment
  • Administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to extract and manipulate data
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in gaining exposure and building your knowledge of real estate and property markets
  • Ability to work 2-2.5 days per week
