Your role

Here's a snapshot of your day: 

  • To provide exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the continued growth and success
  • Issue purchase orders for call-outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials etc
  • Ensure the use of preferred suppliers is maximised and best practice is in place
  • Facilitate payment processing
  • Assist Facilities Management team and Regional Finance Manager with client financial queries and reporting including month-end activities, budgets and forecasts and ensure accuracy in reporting and internal reporting requirements are met.
  • Create POs in CBRE in-house systems and maintain records to ensure this is managed pro-actively
  • Ensure integrity of financial transactions for contract
  • Initiate and coordinate onboarding and departure processes for third-party contractors
  • Provide other administrative support to the management team when required with tasks relating to Vendor Management, Projects, Budgets and Financials

About you

Skills in need: 

  • Excellent customer service relationship and communication skills
  • Experience in AP/AR in the property industry or graduate in Accounting and/or Finance is advantageous
  • Experience using JD Edwards and Coupa would be desirable but is not essential.
  • Preferable prior experience in property or hospitality services
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
