Your role

CBRE Australia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the NSW Metropolitan Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be supporting 23 brokers across Western Sydney and North Sydney by assisting with property marketing campaigns, submissions, administrative tasks, invoice generation, salesforce management and other related tasks. They are seeking a person with a strong interest in commercial real estate and a proactive attitude to deliver results. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity and a great role to kick-start your commercial property career!

Here's what you will focus on:

  • Assist in organising and preparing all processes relating to property marketing campaigns
  • Create information memorandums and submission content
  • Conduct commercial & residential property research & data analysis
  • Review and submit vendor invoices for payment and support with general administration and operations management
  • Entry of data into Salesforce.

  • Demonstrated confidence in communication and strong presentation skills
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced, team environment
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as experience using InDesign
  • A bachelor’s degree in Property is beneficial, and a keen interest in Commercial Property is essential
