Your role

CBRE is seeking an Analyst to join their Office Leasing team in Sydney. In collaboration with the other dedicated CBD analyst, you will be supporting the team of brokers with analysing data by capturing and understanding, enquiry, market share, opportunity, competition, and pursuit data. They are seeking a person with a strong interest in commercial real estate and a proactive attitude to deliver results.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, preparation, and formulation of databases
  • Assist and drive data sets for client market presentations, pitches, market reviews and internal analysis.
  • Evaluating and identifying where system enhancements are required
  • Collaborating with internal departments within CBRE to produce accurate market and Office Leasing insights
  • Other responsibilities may include communication with other agencies to gather current market intelligence, attend inspections and agent functions and work on smaller projects to support the brokerage team with relevant data.

About you

Here’s what CBRE is looking for in this role:

  • A proactive approach and ambition to be part of a high-performance team
  • A keen interest in Commercial Property 
  • Proficient in MS Office – a sound understanding of Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role, or a degree in Property or Economics, is beneficial but not essential. 
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
