Here’s what you’ll focus on:

  • Generate, Identify and qualify leads, contacts, and opportunities, and dedicate an agreed amount of time to support brokers in identifying opportunities
  • Update CRM+ to maintain contacts, leads and opportunities for the team
  • Work with brokers to create and prepare content for client meetings and formal proposals, such as responses to RFI’s and RFP’s and various Pitch Documents 
  • Conduct data and financial analysis (e.g. sub-lease analysis, renewal vs relocation)
  • Assist brokers with content development for pitches/presentations
  • Assist with on-site tours of properties with clients or prospects
  • Attend various client-related events, meetings and presentations
  • Execute transactions by coordinating resources and materials
  • Administrative Support (20-30% of time spent)
  • Conduct market information research, when appropriate, through various sources including, but not limited to, CBRE in-house database and third-party databases 
  • Review leases and title documents, create summaries or abstracts

Our ideal person:

  • We are looking for a candidate with a real passion for property
  • Someone who is interested in growing their career – You will need to obtain Real Estate Sales Representative Cert in the first 2 years
  • Role open to new graduates - BComm or Property Development and Valuation Degree (Curtin) 
  • You will have an eye for attention to detail
  • Thrive being part a collaborative team
