Here's what you'll focus on:

  • Client advisory: be a key team member who will prepare, execute and report on client research activities such as staff surveys, utilisation studies, stakeholder engagements, ethnographic studies, etc. 
  • Reporting/Data insights: generate actionable insights for clients to find the story in the numbers. Further, produces a visual display of quantitative and qualitative information to communicate key insights.  
  • Teamwork: share new ideas and thought leadership with the team, debate and explore the future of work, be an active contributor to the CBRE global workplace network of over 750 consultants, form connections with our global peers, and share knowledge and experience.
  • Verbal, written, and visual communication: produce exceptional collateral, deliverables, and service to our clients.

About you

Here’s what CBRE is looking for in this role:

  • Tertiary qualified e.g. majors in marketing, data analytics, and psychology highly regarded. CBRE values a diverse team and is open to alternative education credentials and experience.
  • Exposure to workplace strategy development and/or change management is highly regarded. 
  • Fundamental curiosity about people with the ability to ask insightful questions and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Strong numeracy is essential, with an ability to interpret, analyse, and present statistics in an interesting way.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to synthesize broad sets of business, financial, and people data; forming concise and relevant insights relating to workplace experience.
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must (Tableau is highly regarded).
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Patience and empathy – we deal with people and change every day.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal with an inherent ability to engage, inspire, and above all listen.
  • Team player with resilience, energy, and enthusiasm who shares information, collaborates and enjoys working toward a common goal.
