Your role

Here's a snapshot of your day;

  • To provide exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the continued growth and success
  • Maintain PPM records using an in-house system including reporting
  • Review sub-contractor performance and feedback through appropriate systems
  • Participate in putting together monthly Contract Review
  • Issue orders for call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials and etc.
  • Ensure integrity of financial transactions for contract
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly WIP meetings with the Contract Manager and Customers

About you

Role requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service relationship skills
  • Experience in AP/AR or graduate in Accounting and/or Finance is advantageous 
  • Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communications including good written and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and colleagues
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
  • Ability to organize and plan. Works in a structured way and thinks ahead to priorities workload
  • Able to work in a clear and consistent manner
  • Attention to detail – Thorough in carrying out a task, wit a high degree of accuracy
  • Assertiveness – Confident and effective in putting across point of view to others
  • Persistence – Does not let issues go; follows up on issues through to resolution
  • Customer and team focus – Puts customer and team needs first; always considers impact of actions on customer and team
